Garments noted for in-store pick up will be held no longer than 90 days from completion date.

Garments mailed/brought in need to be in clean/like new condition. If not, a $10 cleaning charge will be added to your invoice.

With a full spectrum of thread color choices out there, we strive to match the original color thread originally used.

We ask all customers to pre-wash/dry clean all garments before sending them to us for 2 reasons. First, if any shrinkage happens, we would like it to happen before we adjust the length so you will have the proper finished length. Second, for sanitary reasons the master tailors at Zaci Tailoring will not work on dirty and grimy garments.
