Refund policy

Alteration services performed are guaranteed up to ½” for requested length on invoice.

All services are final sale and not refundable. 

For all services performed, if you feel the new alteration length is not correct, you have 14 days from delivery/completion date to submit a do-over request and 14 days to return the garment back to us.
